Hook a brother up...

Well, A few weeks ago My good friend (who will remain nameless) sets up a happy hour so I can 'meet' one of his attractive co-workers. Sounds great! My friend, who we will refer to now on as JJ, and I wander into the bar, and meet: The attractive co-worker, her mom, and one additional coworker of theirs. At any rate, my Buddy Mike and I wander into Manuel's and find the very radio I needed on the shelf, Great! I bring it up to the counter, and ask - How much? The man replies: 'two bucks' Out loud I say, Two bucks and proceed to take two dollars from my wallet and hand it to him. Only to find out 'two bucks' was some slang term for $200. Needless to say I didn't end up with the radio. I don't think I have ever been more embarrassed. Funny the things that trigger memories.
